Return & Refund Policy
- No cash refund except for no-stock item(s) . Refund process will take within 1-3 days.
- No cash refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only.
- No refund on issue for example on situations : not suitable, not match, change of mind.
- No. 16 will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.
- We do accept exchanges within 3 days of receive date. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customers.
- Once the item has been posted out, please update us with the tracking number.
- Do inform us of the item you wish to exchange it with.
What if I received a damaged?
Our store procedures is to quality check on the products before deliver to customer to ensure the products are in order and in good condition. However, if you find that the products delivered to you are damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us ASAP.
- Replacement must be informed within 5 days after receiving.
- Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
- Return postage will be refund.
